Transforming the Tiles Selection Experience

Akij Ceramics Launches AR Studio

Akij Ceramics has officially introduced Akij Ceramics AR Studio, a next-generation augmented reality app designed to redefine how tiles are visualized and selected. This innovative digital tool marks a major step forward in bringing advanced design technology to the Bangladesh ceramics industry.

Available on mobile devices, Akij Ceramics AR Studio offers an intuitive experience that allows users to preview tiles and surface designs in real time. By eliminating guesswork, the app enables users to make confident, informed decisions while planning interior spaces for homes or commercial projects.

Powered by advanced AR and 3D technology, AR Studio allows users to see exactly how tiles will look in real environments. The AR Viewing Mode provides live, real-time previews within actual spaces, while the 3D Room Try-On Mode lets users explore complete interior setups using preset room designs. With Image Try-On Mode, tiles can be overlaid onto uploaded photos, offering a realistic visualization of finished spaces. The app also features Smart Measurement, helping users accurately calculate tile requirements with ease.

In addition, AR Studio gives access to Akij Ceramics’ complete tiles collection, along with comparison and save options that support thoughtful and efficient decision-making. Designed for both homeowners and professionals, the app allows architects and designers to present realistic, polished concepts that simplify and enhance tiles selection. At present, more than 800 tiles from Akij Ceramics can be used in the features of this app. Additionally, all new tiles will be included in the app over time.

With Akij Ceramics AR Studio, tile selection becomes a seamless, experience-driven design journey, allowing users not just to imagine their spaces, but to experience them before execution.

Akij Ceramics AR Studio is now available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
